Professional Background
I have been in residential real estate for several years. I began my real estate career with First Preston in the Accounting Department. I quickly realized that real estate is an exciting industry and became involved in operations. First Preston is an asset management company that specializes in Managing and Marketing residential homes for HUD as well as other financial institutions. Over the term of a five year HUD contract, I acted as Contract Manager and managed homes in Arizona and Nevada as well as supporting operations across the nation. Once the contracts came to a close, I decided to work more closely in real estate locally here in the DFW area.
Other tidbits...
One of my passions other than real estate is dancing. I had the opportunity to dance in the drill team in high school. A couple of years ago, I decided it was time to start dancing again and I took up ballroom dancing. I enjoyed it so much that I even entered into a couple of dance competitions and had the chance to travel to some fun places with fun people. I'm not doing the competitions any more, but I still love to go social dancing around town. This is partly where my company name originated-a mix of my two passions of Rhythm in dance and Real Estate. You can also visit my personal website.

Background
I have been living in the Dallas Metro area since the 1970's and have witnessed the growth of small towns evolve into established suburban areas of DFW.
I have been working around real estate for many years. One of my first jobs was in construction completing framing for several buildings within the metroplex. I also have several years experience in building maintenance with a wide variety of knowledge in systems. My bachelor's degree is in Electrical Engineering from UTD. I have installed, managed and maintained control systems and supervised many contractor installations of HVAC units, systems, building repairs and other equipment installations.
My vast general knowledge of construction and mechanical systems gives me a well rounded background for the real estate industry.
Personal Interests
Dancing-I have been taking ballroom dance lessons for over five years now and enjoy all of the dances including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Argentine Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing and Hustle. I have also competed in ballroom dance competitions and been involved in other performances.
Racing-I also have competed in SCCA local/regional competitions for several years. I started when I bought my first Firebird in the 80's, continued with my second Firebird and have only competed with my 2005 Nissan SER once so far.
